Initially, it looked a lot tidier than it had been but, after returning from Hospital and seeing the reality of what had been done, I was very disappointed. My Strawberry Plants had disappeared, my Pear Tree Blossom had disappeared, my Aquilegia had been replanted and was now dead, my Lawn Rake had been broken it two and hidden. A person from the company came to the house, looked at the job, promised an estimate. Haven't heardanything since.

I run a small, personal service. Taking pride in workmanship and customer satisfaction. My team and I have decades of experience covering almost every aspect of the building and building maintenance industry.
The job took over 6 months to complete due to restricted working hours approx 10am to 3pm. No team of specialised workers but casual labourers. Good electrician. Poor plumber and tiler. Good design ideas but little to back it up. 3 years on I have had endless plumbing issues that have cost me to put right. Would not employ again nor recommend.
Didn't turn up on the first day but, did manage to complete the job within timescale. In saying that, one radiator was left hanging off the wall and pipes in a bedroom left uncovered. Eventually after months they returned to re hang the radiator, unsuccessfully, it still is hanging off the wall. One year on and despite having a one year guarantee and first boiler service free, we cannot get them to return our calls. Absolutely appalling service, that has caused us huge distress.
