The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

I am very happy with the standard of the work completed and the level of customer service that I received. The product was reasonably priced and finished to a very high specification, as well as within the agreed time period. 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any one requiring work to be done. My job was posted on the 27th October and it's now 13th November all complete. Well done.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

James has done a great job fitting a bespoke wardrobe with sliding doors into an awkward space. From the initial quote, through to completion, James has been courteous throughout and has completed the job to a very good, professional standard. I would not hesitate to recommend James in the future.
