Andy is a really nice guy, great communication, he popped round for a look and did the job on the spot as it was quick & easy. A little pricey given how quick it was! But very convenient to have it sorted so rapidly and I’d definitely hire Andy again.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

I this person severed the main electrical cable in my property whilst carrying out work to remove old plaster from the wall overboard and skim Emergency work was carried out by Natiol Grid he has no covered the costly repairs I had to forcibly give one star to get this feedback accepted so it is actually a zero he did not follow health and safety standard by usin a cable and pipe locator resulting in this costly repair. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing.
