Piotr came very promptly, looked at the project and advised me how he would proceed. He arrived on time and worked steadily keeping me informed about what he was doing. I’m really pleased with the results. He was polite and thoughtful, tidied and replaced the furniture every night so that life wasn’t too disrupted and made the whole process very easy. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Overhall we are very happy with the outcome of our new Kitchen and Bathroom,hence we have giving this rating.

Leroy quoted around £1000 and would only do the job for cash. He said he did not believe in paying tax and that his accountant says he only need to pay tax on earnings over £80,000! As for me I pay tax. And I sleep at night :)

More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. An efficient and professional job, also did a couple of other small things I asked for. Also shared photos of the completed work, no way are those crows bothering us again now!!
