Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

I was looking for a plasterer to do my son's room before painting it and so was confused when James approached me for the job. He is a decorator. He said that plastering the walls was unnecessary because my walls were "90% there". He said filling, sanding and painting them would save me money and time so I agreed to hire him. So much went wrong and ultimately he left my walls in a state. Cheekily he asked to be paid before finishing. I fell for it and now he has done a runner!

People all lovely:Val, very good at explaining the process, inspiring confidence with no hard sell, then Carl and Jamie, the most cheerful chaps to have around, very polite and considerate, nothing too much bother - completed ivy removal for me, hard- working and always ready to answer questions . Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. The finish not exactly what I had hoped - you may need to limit your expectations if you've got pebbledash.

Kieran did an excellent job of digging out an overgrown flower bed and rebuilding a brick retaining wall topped with coping. He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering.
