We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). They are definitely not cowboys thankgod! I am so grateful.

Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

A very helpful tradesman who did just what was asked of him - pavers, edgings, garden wall and repointing. Would happily use again for hard landscaping.

They did a fabulous job and were also polite and very nice to deal with. We received very good advice on the choice of tiles and the job was completed on time and with the minimum of disruption. The roof looks really good and has made a huge difference to the look of our house. We would recommend them to anybody. Thanks very much!

Responded quickly to post and came at arranged time. Very friendly and professional with ideas and help. Quoted quickly and reasonably. Didn't go ahead with job for various reasons, but would definitely contact Joe again for future jobs.

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. He was reliable and any problems were soon solved. He is now going to build the extension and I am confidant that he will do a good job John
