Shaun is very reliable and easy to get a long with. we employed shaun to build two garden walls and some steps at our daughters home. The job is almost complete and looks great, I would certainly take on shaun again should I require any more building work. Well done and Thankyou for a great job and for the extra work asked of you. Tranquilo landscapes were fantastic. Can highly recommend them. Olly and Sam did an amazing job on our garden. We are so pleased with it. We have had so many of our friends and family say how much they like it. Olly and Sam were always on time and always tided up after themselves. Very friendly and professional. Ollie was contracted for some small tasks. I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. I highly recommend him in ever respect.

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks both for an excellent job done.

I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. He was conscientious, cleared up properly and brought the job in on time. Even my builder asked for his number when he saw his work. All in all very happy.
