Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).

NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH

Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived

Responded very quickly to post. Excellent dialogue and agreed price and date for uplift. Turned up on time, started the job and then left everything outside blocking the driveway and drove off. No explanation given. Called Michael and texted him and no answer back.

Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
