Michael demonstrated good knowledge and expertise, providing valuable advice and solutions throughout the project. One of the standout qualities of Michael's team was punctuality. He and his team arrived on time every day and got straight to work, which was very reassuring. The entire team worked diligently, maintaining a steady pace. The site was kept clean and organized showing a level of professionalism.

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. O'Neill's were polite, efficient, reliable and gave us confidence in their knowledge. They did everything they said they would and more. They were very respectful of our neighbours property when needing access to the roof via the neighbours roof and kept them informed as to the work being carried out.
