William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all.
