Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

The front of the house was a mess ,we were a bit worried as we usually use someone we know or has been used by someone we know, but the guys did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.The front of the house looks amazing and they even cleaned everywhere

Needed several small jobs completing, lots of tradespeople wouldn't even consider quoting due to this, but Paul quoted & completed the jobs on the date promised to a good standard. More than happy, will use again in the future.

I recently had my patio paved by Jake and the team at Only Builds Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. They treated my property with great care, were patient with all my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a high standard. William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Do not use this person , i had the worse experience in my life with this contractor stay well away from johnny , he leaves the job incomplete and when you try ringing him he ignores your calls and messages and runs off with your money .his workmanship is very poor i've seen. Do Not Use . .

Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

We are very happy with the plaster boarding which Dean carried out on our bedroom ceiling. He explained everything really well and carried out the work to a high standard. He dealt with a few issues which cropped up until the job was completed. Dean left everywhere clean and tidy and we have future jobs lined up with him. Thank you Dean.

J Stubbings contacted me within seconds of posting the job and agreed to come the next day to give me a price. The price was very good value compared to prices i had received from local tradesman. On the day of the job John was spot on time. The work was completed to a high standard and John was very clean and tidy along the way. I would not hesitate to have John again.
