Excellent job by Wayne. Friendly, helpful and good advice on first visit to quote, a good price. On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. And every job has to be done to the highest standard within a sufficient time scale to first class finish as the finish of my work is my business card creating good word of mouth and good reviews.

What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.
