Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Quality of the work undertaken was very good, considering the age of the building and complexity. Would recommend.
