First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

From his initial attendance to quote and then throughout the pre-works period, the standard of communication and planning were top notch. Paul repointed a garden wall that was starting to crumble. Excellent work. He was on time, super friendly, and easy to talk to and he did a great job. I was also very happy with the price which was below what others had quoted.
