Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

Scott quoted a realistic price for the painting and wallpapering in our house. He was always prompt and works cleanly making sure there was no mess left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

Reece did a great job replacing an old flat roof on our house. When he came out to quote he explained everything that he thought should be done and took pictures/videos for us so that we could understand the issue. The work looks very thorough and he left everywhere neat and tidy when the work was finished.

Michael was asked to do one job and has since been asked to decorate the whole house. He is extremely punctual and reliable. He tidies up and leaves the room as he found it. The quotes have been very competitive. Michael is amiable and a very fast worker. I feel completely at ease with him in the house, this is a good recommendation as I hate having workmen in the house. I am completely happy to recommend him.

this tradesperson, Barry turned up without fail on time and ready to start work right away. the price was what I could afford with no unexpected costs,and the standard of work was excellent.the job was finished in the time he had specified including cleaning up, and i'm very pleased with the results.. Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. Very quick response worked cleanly and provided all paint for ceiling and wood work. I supplied wall paper and paste. Would use him for painting again but wallpapering I needed to call him back to stick some areas down a couple days later. He was very keen to right this problem and brought some special glue. I am satisfied now.
