Contacting me straight away and arrange to visit to give a quote. Quote was around the amount we anticipated and could fit us in at a convenient time for us. Nigel did a great job on the day and was extremely friendly and helpful. Very happy with the job and would definitely recommend and use Nigel again!

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. Arranged a date for a quote to be given and they failed to show up. Less than half an hour after I reposted the job they emailed me to see if they could quote me for the same job they had failed to show up for. Sorry guys, you let me down once, you don't get a second chance.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
