An insurance backed guarantee is also available if required which many local “one man traders” are unable to offer. Two coat silicone render system in a colour of your choice . Render repair system in a colour of your choice . Insulation boarding with polymer render finish in a colour of your choice . insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

What a comedy of errors, unable to list full story due to word count, in brief changed price 2 days before job was supposed to start, then turned up and asked for money, no mention of this before, please make sure you get everything in writing before you proceed, can’t comment on workmanship as told him not to come back, Beware.

Alan was a star. He sorted out a mould problem in my shower room which he discovered had come from a leak in the flat upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble. If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid
