After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Unfortunately I have to state that my experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. We agreed a price and a date to start works. Day one they did not turn up and did not call to provide an explanation until the day had almost finished. They then promised that they would attend on Friday morning and complete the works. Once again I received no call. I called the contractor left voicemail messages and finally left a message via WhatsApp. Contractor called me back around 15.30pm and apologise

He visited our property within 24 hours of the job going live and had a quote with us that evening.
