Macklin Glazing responded to my request and their boss visited me within an hour, checked what my problem needed, gave me an acceptable quote and organised a technician for the next morning. He arrived on time, he fixed my problem in good time and he was professional, courteous and friendly at all times. Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.
