I have recently re opened my business as I took a few years away from it to work for Worcester Bosch where I was teaching gas and oil boiler fault finding, servicing and commissioning courses. I also ran OFTEC oil courses and Gas courses. I have 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. I also spent 18 months with SSE as a gas engineer during this time. I specialise in gas oil and LPG boiler servicing repairs and installations. With extensive knowledge in fault finding on boiler breakdowns. I also carry out all plumbing and heating works.

Having been let down by other tradesmen, used this site for the 1st time. Martin came out and quoted and as he knew I needed the job finished urgently, managed to fit me in between other jobs. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. didnot say it was a call out guess how much they wanted to charge £385 pounds for turning on the hotwater feed and removing the sinks but leaving the feeds so.they could come back and charge another 385 old people beware.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
