Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

The work carried out was to refit a new bathroom in a different configuration. The work was completed to a good standard and we're really happy with the final look. Lee and his team were very friendly and kept tidy and clean throughout. The work did take a little longer than anticipated but this did not compromise the quality of finish. Jay installed the boiler for me in October 2024 failed to issue documentation. However, he went on to register it in May 2025 as installed in March 2022. The boiler has since being screaming after installation. Jay came and see the boiler but couldn’t fix the problem demanded more money. There has been limescale piled up on the pipe he ignored it. The other engineer who attended after him found a metal part left inside the boiler. I would not recommend his service.
Gas fitter and plumber
Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
