The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice.
