Southgate and Sharp's quote was the best one among four received. It included optional powder coating as a bonus offer which we didn't count on in the start. Although our job was only small it was perfectly done and on time. Many thanks, I would use S&S LTD anytime for metal works in the future.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

My new doors were carefully positioned and due to the quality build, only some planing of surfaces was needed for wardrobe doors. . He was able to come in desired week, as other jobs had gone well and was here for 6 hours of continuous work. The only trace of his presence were some wood shavings and slivers of wood in the communal yard, where much of the work was done. The Woodyard said this was the going rate. It may require the Council to remove old doors as private sector not showing interest so far.
