The work was assessed initially but on inspection more work was required and the quote was amended and the extra work carried out. The work was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed of the works progress. I am very happy with the work done by a very professional company and would use them again

Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. He was also able to complete the work quickly and I am very pleased with the finished work so much so that I have asked him to quote for more work. An excellent choice!

Ben has been incredibly supportive throughout my project. Giving me options and ideas every stage and allowing me to make a decisions in my own time. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
