Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Nigel visited us to assess the work and quote for the job. He turned up on time and was pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions. He also contacted us prior the starting the job to arrange a date and time. Unlike other tradespeople he turned on time on each of the 3 days it took to complete the work. The work was of a high standard and we were kept informed of progress as the work progressed. I have already began a discussion with Nigel regarding another project.

Excellent work, it was a large project but they handled it perfectly. I now have a beautiful conservatory which is ready for decorating and furnishing. Couldn't be happier with the result. Very quick response worked cleanly and provided all paint for ceiling and wood work. I supplied wall paper and paste. Would use him for painting again but wallpapering I needed to call him back to stick some areas down a couple days later. He was very keen to right this problem and brought some special glue. I am satisfied now.
