He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
