RECOMMENDED did complete roof including trusses - 3 floors up an extremely awkward design, removed a large, disused 4 port chimney, replaced the fascia boards and secured the gutters / downpipes. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

Mark put flashing where the leak was and also sealant over the joints in my flat roof kitchen extension. He said the roof needed replacing but it will be OK for a couple of years. He said any problems just get in touch and he will sort it. The leak was still there, I contacted him 6 times and 6 times he promised to come and sort it. This was during the weeks before Christmas but he never came back. I am a 71 year old pensioner and have been left with the same leak even though I paid to have it sorted.
