Excellent work and service on waterproofing a flat roof balcony, that was botched by the original installers and leaking into a room below. Although a small job compared with their commercial projects, the work was personally supervised by Robert, one of the owners who kept in touch during the work. He and his team were diligent and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Reinstating decking over the flat roof was not straight forward and they willingly put in extra time to get that right. Arranged to come out didn’t turn up I had to contact him again to see if he was coming then I get a reply saying he can’t get round to all his jobs shouldn’t have paid for the lead if you can’t turn up on time or a simple message to reschedule would have been the best thing to do
