Excellent service and work, good communication over phone and prompt. Was an honest and friendly engineer, did the job quickly and gave a full years warranty. I can highly recommend Ryan - he was very quick to get in touch, arrange an appointment to quote for the job and had the task completed within 4 days of my initial enquiry!!! His work is excellent, great quality, super competitive price and he is a very organised and neat worker. He is very pleasant in his manner and i would highly recommend him and shall indeed use him again.

Did work on my Mum's house. Cheapest of 3 quotes. Completed as arranged and on-time. Returned everything to how it was beforehand and even vacuumed the carpet.

Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Turned up when he said he would and dealt with the problem quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Asked to come back to also sort out failsafe in casr the issue arose again. All done within 72 hours of first contact. Will definitely use again.
