Pete was amazing, pure dedication to his work, attention to detail meant everything to him whilst fitting out my kitchen. I was really happy and couldn’t knock him for his work ethics. Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.

Front Garden Boundary Wall Pointing The front garden boundary wall pointing was missing, loose and perished in parts. Robert re-pointed the front boundary wall as necessary providing an excellent finish. Worked continuously and completed the job quickly. Left the site in a clean and tidy condition. Would recommend and use again.

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Roy Shepard plastered my kitchen ceiling. He arrived promptly and began straight away. He made sure all surfaces were covered and he was really freindly and polite. He did a fantastic job and cleared up after himself. I would recommend him and use him again.

Kenan fitted two fire doors in my property and did a great job. He grafted all day, cleaned up after and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kenan again and I would recommend him to others.

An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. All in all, I can heartily recommend this firm and have already lined them up for additional building works.
