Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

Andy was fantastic. The work was quality, he turned up as agreed, communicated well and was a tidy worker (including cleaning up when he was done). I’ve got sone other bits of plastering to do in other rooms and will definitely use him again for that work

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Jack Halsey did a great job plastering my bathroom today, polite young man and kept me well informed along the way, I would use him again no problem! Price was good, very efficient service too.
