Change of rating. Job was done in less than a day with 4 plasterers on site. We had problems with the finish and Ashley came back and worked for 2\3 hours but now that it has dried out and been painted we can see see marks and uneven surfaces everywhere. The plaster is so thin in places, some came off during painting leaving a mark. We took dado rail off and can still see marks where it had been. Hair line cracks the full length of the wall are also appearing.

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. 2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.

Jason communicated well and his he and his assistants carried out a very good job taking the weather into account. Several neighbours have commented on how impressed they were with the work.Jason did not ask for any payment in advance and the final invoice was as quoted. Obviously time will tell how the effective the new rendering is.
