External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

I have worked for years with a number of different experienced tradesmen and can complete any renovation job in a timely managed manner. Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!
