Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.

He fitted a small box room with Bath Shower sink and toilet Excellent use of space, he was very reliable tidy and quick and full of ideas to help me with this process. Price was extremely good also.
