Astrit is an amazing person who is extremely good at his craft. He is very thorough and takes his time to ensure the work is done to a high standard. The night before the job it was snowing and I expected Astrit to cancel or be late but he arrived before time which demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He is a genuinely nice person and has mastered the balance between being friendly and remaining professional. Overall great experience 10/10.

AVOID this trader at all costs. I hired Fresh Coat Decorators in February to paint my 3-bedroom house and deeply regret this decision. Despite their assurances, unsightly ceiling patches remain visible after completion. Door paint is already peeling badly. They failed to paint agreed areas in the garage and window interiors, then completely ignored my calls and messages with photographic evidence of their incomplete work. Their craftsmanship is poor and their customer service non-existent.
