I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!

Harry and Mark were absolutely brilliant. Harry's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond on my bathroom and full flat renovation. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent,excellent,excellent. Not often a tradesperson is happy to visit without cost to do an assessment of works required upfront and then give s reasonable quote and also explain possible options. Needed a new consumer unit (fuse box to us laypeople) to replace my ancient one and do an EICR. Based on the quote for the work I also added a hard wired for alarm and some smaller jobs as well. Very polite, cleaned up after the works as well. I have already recommended him to a number of friends.
