Speedily eliminating a number of possibilities he established that the fault lay with external wiring which appeared to have been damaged by rodents. Repaired. Left site tidy. Really pleased. The building was constructed to a very high standard and finish, with a number of exposed/natural materials. Minor changes were never an issue and no request was too big. We are very happy with the works and would be more than happy to recommend for further works.
