George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Mark’s/assistant’s work was good. Some skirting had staple holes. He was informative and professional while quoting. Our requirement for replacing coving got ignored. Comms were sketchy, phone notifications were turned off often and we waited days for a reply. The job was posted as urgent and from first contact to completion took over three weeks, this was frustrating. We accept that he and his partner were unwell within this time frame for approx three days.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
