We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. He was reliable and any problems were soon solved. He is now going to build the extension and I am confidant that he will do a good job John

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. Julian's team of workers were the most friendly and hard working we have ever experienced, always ready to meet our requests. We are delighted with the quality end result and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family alike. 5 stars all round!

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

Exceptional tradesman! Michael is one of those gems that can be extremely hard to find these days - honest, reliable and brilliant at what he does! From the very beginning, Michael was very professional and talked us through the different options of finishing what had become our nightmare of a bathroom. We are so pleased with the transformation! I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. Really impressed with the quality and finish of all of Dillon’s work. He put care into everything he did and the finished project looks absolutely amazing. The project involved constructing bespoke kitchen joinery and laying an oak parquet floor. Dillon really showed off his carpentry skills with these tasks but also demonstrated he was more than able to tackle the larger structural work we had done too. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will be asking him to do more work for us in the future.
