An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.

" great lads, called within 1hr of my post, came following morning gave a quote and started 2 days later. took 2 days, excellent work, great finish. Next day came back, Cleared away every bit of rubbish and washed down all work areas, cannot rate them high enough.

Very good job with guttering and drainpipe chimney made safe facia at front changed and looking good and also pointing on wall and ridge tiles .very tidy and helpful

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

I recently had my patio paved by Jake and the team at Only Builds Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. They treated my property with great care, were patient with all my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a high standard.
