In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship
