We are a team of 24 heating engineers/plumbers and 12 electricians, serving customers in all SA & CF postcodes. We are small enough to offer a personal service but large enough to carry out work quickly and efficiently. We operate a 24 hour service for emergencies for all customers domestic and commercial. The company is run from our office in Llansamlet, Swansea where we have a small admin team of 8 that deal with all enquiries and manage all jobs. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work has seen the business grow from one man in a van to a recognised and respected heating and electrical company in South Wales which covers over 70% of heating home emergency claims. Warmserve covers all plumbing and mechanical services for domestic & commercial, Gas, LPG, Oil, Solid Fuel, Renewables, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Drainage, Bathroom Installations and plumbing maintenance. Warmserve are able to accept credit & debit cards and also finance. Had a quote of Gareth to replace my polycarb roof with tiled.Out of three quotes his was the most fair,had some shockers !!But no drop in quality,did a great job and completed in just 3 days.But what impressed me the most is how honest and genuine he is I am sure that if I have any issues in future he will be happy to help sort it.Nice and clean after completion also.Recommended.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
