Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.
