All of our staff are qualified in their respective trades. We build extensions, carry out house repair & maintenance work, patio and slabbing work, groundwork and excavations, General concreting work, drainage and much more. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.
