Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs. Wow - this was not what I was expecting- although on paper it was a simple job, Paul used a great deal of expertise, including laser technology. The end result is absolutely fantastic - Paul doesn't really need the ratings as he could easily fill up the next ten years with Big Projects - but it is the care in the small things that counts, plus Paul asked for less than originally quoted. I have only used Rated People twice and both times have had an excellent experience.
