All NEW customers will be asked to pay something prior to booking. We do not offer a pay on completion service sorry. Nor do we offer any form of credit or do anything that isnt included. Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs.
