We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

Danny responded within minutes of my post going live and communicated throughout in a polite and friendly manner. He first took the time to understand the issues via a call, photos, and video clips, and arrived well prepared with the parts he anticipated might be needed. There were multiple issues to fix. Due to parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed over multiple visits, yet he honoured the original fixed quote. He was highly efficient, and very thorough in his work. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Kris! He originally came to sand 15 of our steps, but he was doing such a great job that we asked him to complete the remaining 14 as well. Kris was reliable, punctual, and communicative throughout. He was also really flexible when we needed to pause the work for a few days to host guests, which we really appreciated. I must admit I was overjoyed with the quality of work done. He just got on with the work, which by way was of a very high standard. I now have brilliant lights which work in both kitchen and bathroom. It seemed to me nothing was to much other. I would give him a 5 star rating without thinking. Joshua did an excellent job installing the rails, brackets, and featheredged boards to replace the broken fence. He also reset and straightened the concrete post. His work is professional, tidy, and reasonably priced. He is also very polite, kind, and approachable.
