Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

We do not use any chemicals or treatment to clean the solar panels and our specialist equipment protects the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Using the wrong equipment could be detrimental to your solar panels. We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.

Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.
