Professional initially but poor response to issues Started job early whilst main contractor on holiday and he only arrived after a week on site. Job suffered from lots of wages but no supervision. Had to stop them fitting kitchen before LVT flooring. Units fitted wrong way. Decorator broke hob and vent, used wrong paint, had no dust sheets so loads of mess. Hob replaced, vent wasn’t and I was charged £350 plus Vat for 4 hours of decorator! Floor fitted badly and had to be repaired. Lots of poorly done work

Told me what would be done to repair and make good the botch job of spindles and railings on my decking (obviously done by someone else!). Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?
