Was professional, prompt and friendly! He explained what was wrong, what he was going to do to put it right and about the products used. Also told us about aftercare and gave us an instruction booklet. We felt very comfortable with him, had a nice chat and also talked about further works we might have done. Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!
We are a father and son landscaping team, Derek and Josh. We have over 20 years experience and I would say we are friendly, kind and approachable. We listen carefully to your requirements and try hard to come up with the best solutions within the available budget. Attention to detail is very important to us , this gives us job satisfaction and gives you a better long term result. Our services include lawn renovation or replacement, garden renovation/ jungle clearance, gravel paths and driveways, raised bed construction, , fitting everedge metal edging to create borders or edge lawns. This is just a small sample of what we can do. We don’t however lay patios. Finally we are fully insured and have a waste carrier license. We do try to recycle as many materials as possible particularly soil and gravel.

It’s now beautifully paved, with gorgeous steps, flower beds, and fencing. The team worked incredibly hard in all weathers and were friendly and polite throughout. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

I asked Niall to put up 3 floating shelves and put together a flat pack medicine cabinet. Which he did. His work was clean and professional asking where I would like each shelf. They looked great when up. The medicine cabinet also was put together very quickly and also screwed onto the wall. He is a very polite and genuine person who also hoovered were he had worked. I'm so impressed he's coming back in a couple of weeks to do more work for me.
